Raffle Pick-up Instructions

And Hours

  • Pick will be available at the Partners for Progress barn starting Monday, Sept. 11 , 2023​
  • The last day to pick-up your auction and baskets is Saturday Sept. 23, 2023.
  • Any baskets NOT picked up by Sept. 23, 2023 will be considered forfeited
  • Pick-up hours:
  • Monday - Thursday 9am-10am and 5pm-7pm Pick-up is ONLY during these times.
  • Fridays - 9am-10am and 5pm- 5:45pm Pick-up is ONLY during these times
  • Pick-up hours, Saturdays 8am-12pm Pick-up is ONLY during these times.
  • You may pick-up a basket before or after you or your child's scheduled therapy session
  • Please Do NOT take a basket without contacting a staff member
  • Please go to the office to pick up
  • Do NOT enter the arena at any time.
