Anne Margaret Huffman

As Director of Community Operations at Partners for Progress, NFP, Anne Margaret Huffman brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal passion to her role. With a background in Advertising and Marketing from Loyola University and Northeastern Illinois University, she has dedicated her career to fostering meaningful connections and advocating for the life-changing impact of equine therapy.

Anne Margaret’s love for horses has been lifelong, but her connection to therapeutic riding became deeply personal when her daughter, who has Autism, began riding at Partners for Progress over 19 years ago. Through firsthand experience, she has witnessed the profound impact of equine-assisted therapy, watching her daughter emerge from the challenges of Autism and build a path toward an independent future—one that may even lead to a career in design media.

Now, as a dedicated advocate and leader within the organization, Anne Margaret works tirelessly to expand community outreach, build strong partnerships, and ensure more families have access to the same life-changing opportunities that made all the difference for her own family.

A Quote:

"I have seen the difference these horses and this therapy can make in a child’s life. Partners for Progress didn’t just help my daughter—it transformed her future."
