Power Hour

Power Hour

One Powerful Hour. One Purposeful Connection.

Our Power Hour Program is a dynamic, goal-oriented session designed to harness the healing energy of horses through guided, hands-on experiences. Led by certified therapeutic riding instructors and licensed professionals, each Power Hour is an intentional opportunity for individuals to grow emotionally, socially, and physically, all in just one focused hour.

What is Power Hour?

Power Hour sessions are designed to be impactful, engaging, and therapeutic for participants up to 12 years of age.

Each Power Hour may include:

  • Grooming and groundwork to promote responsibility, trust, building strength, and sensory awareness.

  • Leading or walking with horses to build confidence, communication, and focus.

  • Mindful mounted work (when appropriate) to support regulation, motor skills, communication, and independence.

  • Barn-based tasks that encourage independence, teamwork, and a sense of purpose.

10 week sessions are built around themes such as emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, mindfulness, or relationship-building, offering clients tools they can carry into everyday life.
