As Director of Development at Partners for Progress, NFP, Shea Rumoro brings creativity, passion, and a strong background in communications and content to help expand the organization’s impact. With a degree in Communications, Media, & Theater from Northeastern Illinois University, Shea began her career in digital marketing, working her way up the ladder, where she collaborated with hundreds of online newspapers, magazines, and blogs.

Her love for horses and desire to make a difference led her to Partners for Progress. Initially joining part-time to assist with volunteer coordination and social media, Shea quickly realized that this was where she could make a real and lasting impact.

Shea’s creative instincts help drive PFP’s outreach, fundraising, and community engagement efforts. She is passionate about sharing the organization’s mission and strengthening the connections that make Partners for Progress a transformative place for riders and families.
